The Geneva Academy offers partial and full scholarships for its LLM in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights and Master of Advanced Studies in Transitional Justice, Human Rights and the Rule of Law. Partial scholarships cover tuition fees. Full scholarships cover tuition fees and living expenses in Geneva for 10 months.


International students. Applicants from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States and Western Europe can only be considered for partial scholarships.


Partial and full scholarships are allocated through a highly competitive process based on academic merit, extra-curricular achievements and the candidate’s financial needs. Applicants from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United States and Western Europe can only be considered for partial scholarships.


Scholarship requests must be submitted with the candidate’s application. When applying, candidates must choose between two tracks: application with scholarship (partial or full) or application without scholarship. If candidates apply to both tracks, their application will be considered under the non-scholarship track. Successful applicants who choose only the non-scholarship track cannot subsequently be considered for a scholarship. Deadline for applications is 1 February 2019.

You can apply for this scholarship, if you’re a UK/EU fee rated applicant who has been offered a place on any masters degree course within Transport Studies (excluding MSc Sustainable Cities), and can demonstrate the academic criteria listed below.
Value: £3,000

Who is eligible: Any UK/EU applicant who has been offered a place on any of the masters degree courses within Transport Studies, and who demonstrates academic excellence (2.1+ or equivalent), professional experience and/or voluntary experience can apply for this scholarship.



The University of Leeds is a Russell Group university in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. It was established in 1831 as the Yorkshire College of Science.

If English is not your first language then you will need to show that your English language skills are at a high enough level to succeed in your studies.

Summary: This bursary is for you if you’re a former student of the University of Leeds studying for a postgraduate qualification in the Institute for Transport Studies. Courses that are run in conjunction with other universities are excluded from the Bursary.

Applications are now open for a postdoctoral fellowship at the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) Tanzania. The DAAD funds this fellowship and welcomes applications from applicants who have recently obtained a PhD in Mathematics.

The purpose of the programme is to provide opportunities to postdoctoral mathematicians under the guidance of AIMS, the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences. As a self-governing non-profit trust, which is supported by several universities, AIMS offers postgraduate programmes to talented students from the African continent. In a similar way, AIMS is extending its offer to masters and doctoral degree programmes in mathematical sciences meeting the need for highly qualified scientists in Africa.,
